Unified Endpoint Security & MDM
Manage, monitor and secure every device from a single pane of glass — MDM, live monitoring, browser control and adaptive security, all in one agent.
How it connects
One agent, one console, three modules
Every device and admin action feeds the agent → System Optix → three modules, each with its own tools.
About System Optix
One agent instead of five tools
System Optix started as an internal answer to a simple problem: managing devices, security and compliance always meant stitching together tools that were never designed to talk to each other.
How it works
Fully onboarded in minutes
One agent gets a machine fully onboarded — no phased rollout, no separate installer per capability.
Deploy the agent
A single installer per platform runs quietly in the background — most devices are fully enrolled and reporting within minutes, not days.
Set your policies
Every advanced feature is opt-in. Turn on exactly what a device or group needs from the console — nothing runs unless a policy asks for it.
Watch it live
See devices, security posture and activity update in real time from one dashboard — issues surface before anyone opens a ticket.
By the numbers
Built to cover the whole System Optix
One agent, one console — the scale System Optix is built for.
Every device across System Optix — covered, monitored and secured, automatically.
Platform Features
What teams notice on day one
What IT and security teams notice once System Optix is actually running on their fleet.
In production
Trusted by lean IT & security teams
"One agent replaced four separate tools we used to manage devices and security. Rollout took an afternoon, not a quarter."
"Every monitoring feature is opt-in and off by default — that's the first vendor we've seen actually say that and mean it."
"The branch-wise management report alone saves us a full day every month during board reporting."
"We can see every device's health and activity in real time — issues get caught before anyone even opens a ticket."
Platform Modules
Five tools, consolidated into one
Helping IT teams consolidate five separate tools into one agent, without losing any capability.
Security
Web Protection, Firewall, Vulnerability scanning and macOS Antivirus, enforced fleet-wide by default — not a per-device toggle someone forgets.
MDM — Mac & Windows
Enrollment, configuration profiles, patch management and a real app catalog for both Mac and Windows, from one console.
Browser Control
Extension-level signals — Safe Browsing state, unsafe extensions, password-export attempts — that antivirus alone never sees.
App Catalog
Homebrew for Mac, winget for Windows — push software to a device or group without a manual installer.

FAQ
Answers
Find answers to common questions about the platform, rollout, and monitoring.
What services do you provide?
System Optix unifies device management, security, and compliance into a single console — built for lean IT and security teams.
Do we have to turn every feature on?
No — every detection module is opt-in per device or group, off by default, with the performance impact stated before you switch it on.
What happens if an agent stops checking in?
The device is flagged offline right away in the dashboard and alerts fire — you're not waiting on a scheduled scan to find out.
Can a superadmin see our actual monitored data?
No — a superadmin can manage settings, alerts, and policy across any organization, but never sees the monitored content itself.
Is this still being built, or is it live?
The core platform is live and already in production use — a few modules are still being extended based on real day-to-day usage.
Which platforms are supported today?
macOS is fully supported end-to-end today; Windows command parity is wired in and is next in line for real-device verification.
Are monitoring features included by default?
No — Live Monitoring and other detection features are off by default and only start once you turn them on for a device or group.
Do you support annual billing?
Yes — annual billing is available and comes at a discount compared to paying monthly.
Can I mix tiers across departments?
Yes — different sites or device groups can each run on their own tier under a single account.
